If you sterilise reusable equipment, every batch needs a record. Go to Inventory, Sterilisation and click Log Cycle.

Pick the method — autoclave, chemical, or U.V.

Record the machine and the start time.

Add the equipment items in the batch, with quantities.

Click Log cycle. Record the result as passed or failed once the indicator is checked.

Cycles list with their number, method, operator, and result — a complete sterilisation register for audits.
Record the result
A cycle isn’t complete until its Result is set — come back after checking the indicator and mark it Passed or Failed so the register stands up to audit.
