Copy the registration URL for your website and emails, or download the Q.R. code as a P.N.G. for the front desk and printed forms.

Submitted registrations create the patient record automatically — no re-typing at the front desk, and the record is ready to book straight away.

Self-registration creates the record; online booking fills the calendar. Share both links together — or just the booking link, which collects patient details as part of the booking flow.
