When you invite a patient to the app, this is what they get — worth knowing so you can answer their questions at the front desk.

1

Getting in: the patient opens the app link from their invite email, or taps Set up your account on the sign-in page and enters their email + invite code, then chooses a password. After that it’s a normal email-and-password sign-in with a “Keep me signed in” option.

2

Home greets them with what’s on their plan today and a streak badge for consecutive exercise days.

3

Exercises lists the plans you’ve assigned in the PMS, with images, dosages, and cues. The guided Trainer walks them through a session movement by movement, or they can Log a session manually with sets and reps. Sessions land back in the PMS under Exercise Sessions.

4

Diary is the patient side of the bladder diary — toilet visits, fluid intake, and pad changes, logged as they happen. Entries appear on the patient’s Bladder Diary page in the PMS with the clinical analysis computed automatically.

5

Appointments shows their upcoming bookings with Reschedule and cancel options (governed by your online booking rules, like the cancellation window).

6

Progress summarises their diary trends, and Profile manages push notifications on their device.

Lost access?

Run Create App Account from the patient’s actions menu again — it re-sends the invite email and issues a fresh code for the same account. See Invite a Patient to the App.

Where the data flows

Everything the patient does lands on their PMS record: logged sessions under Exercise Sessions, diary entries under Bladder Diary, and reschedules/cancellations straight onto the calendar.
